This medium-bodied wine with a ruby red color is pleasantly fresh and well-balanced, with fruity and spicy aromas and flavors, typical of the area.
Pairing advice:
Due to its freshness, this wine lends itself to accompanying pasta with meat sauce, pizza, and flans. It is also very pleasant both red or white grilled meats and with spicy dishes. Despite being a red wine, due to its light structure, it can also be combined with some fish such as tuna or salmon.
